A news report about houses in Melbourne just came out yesterday. At the start of this year, 8 Melbourne suburbs were regarded as the "million dollar suburbs", and now as of 31st July 2007, there are 17!!! It's insane! In the last couple of years, house prices are just continuing to rise and by the looks of things, it's quite impossible for an average wage earner to enter this blooming property market. It's a horrifying thought...

Yea, it is a scary thought, and I think it's that fear in everyone that drives the prices even higher. :(
